Very early already. Jérémie is passionate about cooking. After winning the final of a cantonal competition at 14 already, the vocation was born! Jérémie then trained at Le Safran restaurant in Montreux (13 Gault&Millau points) as an apprentice. With his diploma in hand, he continued his career in several very fine establishments such as "Le Café Suisse" with starred chef Marie Robert (1 Michelin star and 16 Gault&Millau points). His path then brings him back to his native valley, to Verbier, where he hones his skills at "La Table d'Adrien" (1 Michelin Star) with Chef Sebastiano Lombardi. Determined to fly on his own, he decides to resume "A table" in September 2023 where he can express all his creativity.





"At table!" was created by David Adam to share his passion for gastronomy. To do this, he wanted to welcome you in an intimate, elegant and warm atmosphere. To this end, he acquired and then transformed this old sheepfold and its centuries-old vaults to make it this unique place. You will therefore be received at his home, in the hamlet of Etiez, at the entrance to Val de Bagnes, a few steps from Verbier and Martigny, where he was born.

In September 2023, the arrival of Jérémie gives a new dimension to this place: the motivation, the will, the passion and the creativity of the young Chef born in 2002 are all qualities that allow him to create, alone...​
